I am resurrecting this blog to be able to keep in touch with John better. He can also go backward and forward to see things, so if you were previously following due to my broken ankle, you might be bored. Maybe not.
John you said there is no rain or green, so here is a video of rain today in the garden. I was quiet, so you can hear the rain and see the fall colors with the mums and the new fence I put in. The trees are touched with color. I was lucky enough to get the fall lawn stuff on the yard before this rain.
Also, I included a picture of a familiar dou doing what they do best on a rainy day. As you can imagine, the last thing they want to do is go out, but Daisy followed me out. We are going to have winner dinner tonight (great crock pot weather) and I am going to attempt to learn how to use the scanner you got me for my birthday and scrapbook.

Great idea! Staying in touch with family during our travels was the reason for starting my blog so folks could check in whenever they wanted to...or not! Hey John...thanks for all you are doing over there!!!
Wow. I loved it. It made me realize how beautiful Blairsville is and how fortunate I am to live there. I do miss the green and loved listening to the rain. Thanks Dear.
