Trying not to Clean

Last night we had some very rocking storms. Today, we don't have a dial tone, so no phone service. luckily, Jason hooked me up with the phone booster, so I can use my cell phone. 

Hannah came home form school sick, and it is times like this i am glad I don't work much, so I can be here when she needs me. 

Tomorrow the last puppy leaves. She is small, but clever. She escaped from the pen and we can't figure out how. She learned how to go in and out the dog door. Since she escaped yesterday she spent the day wandering around with the big dogs and didn't run away. 

Yesterday, I took the car for service and fixing the little things going wrong with it and while they were working on it I went shopping. I bought a size 12 jeans! It is soo hard for me to go to the regular section of clothes and think I can wear them. I bought clothes at Ann Taylor! I still think of/see myself as 70 lbs heavier, but it was definitely time for new clothes, cause the old ones were so baggy I looked like a hobo clown in everything. 

So today, I am trying to clean the house,especially the floors, but I keep getting distracted or am I looking for distractions. Like writing this post. 

Well, I need to get back to it and start packing for hilton head, since we have the band contest this saturday after the sorghum parade.
